Small projects, big impact.

Dammi una Mano is Pleiadi’s Benefit campaign, created to turn commitment into action - together. Our goal? To bring to life concrete, sustainable and shared micro-projects that generate value for the community and strengthen the social responsibility of the brands involved. Every project starts from a simple but powerful idea: doing something useful, feasible and communicable. We identify a priority ESG topic - environment, society, governance - and build around it both a project proposal and a communication plan. Pleiadi coordinates the entire process. The partner covers only direct costs. Because being a Benefit Company also means this: putting our expertise at the service of change.

The choice to become a Benefit Company in 2022 formalized what Pleiadi has always been: an agency that believes in the value of responsibility, in the power of collaboration, and in the culture of sustainability. With Dammi una Mano we want to make these principles even more tangible, involving our network in projects that combine communication and social impact. The idea is simple: creating initiatives with ESG purposes, designed to be sustainable, replicable and shareable.


YOU DON’T NEED TO START WITH GRAND STRATEGIES: JUST ONE STEP, IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

Each initiative begins with dialogue with the partner: we analyze needs, context and opportunities, and define a clear project that can be implemented in the short term. Together with our collaborators and our Benefit Impact Officer, we also design a communication plan that is consistent, respectful and authentic. The goal is twofold: to do something good and to tell it well. Not for self-promotion, but to inspire. Because change is stronger when it is shared.
