Thanks to a strategic analysis of identity values and meanings, a 360-degree design was developed, aimed at bringing image and project throughout Italy. A global planning that involved the brand in a transversal way: from strategy to architecture for a complete overhaul of its communicative nature.

When one mentions Sicily, gastronomic tradition comes to mind, and a visit to the landmark establishment in Palermo is inevitable. However, Antica Focacceria San Francesco is not only the strength of local tradition, it’s a format present across Italy, it’s Slow Food's itinerant expression.

Pleiadi was tasked with identifying the pillars of its identity and developing them into a brand identity project to be applied in every intended use.

On this basis, Palermo's enogastronomy set sail heading north, first touching Milan, then reaching the capital. Sicily, Lombardy, Lazio: three regions of the same country with profoundly different souls. Our task was to blend origin, taste, modernity, and emotion through a significant rebranding project that elevated the identity of Antica Focacceria San Francesco as an expression of excellence in both the sector and street food.

The setup of the gourmet corner (developed by Officina del Disegno) at AdR in Fiumicino is an example, thought and designed to combine the need for a dual fruition: take away or dine-in, expresses in every detail the tradition and modernity of these flavor and tradition choices.
