The new format made to inspire the next generation

On March 21, 2025, the Biblioteca Malatestiana in Cesena hosted the spring edition of Young Campus, an event dedicated to young people aged 18 to 28, focused on sports, gaming, wellbeing in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
The goals of the event were to provide participants with practical tools to face future professional challenges, to create connections between talents, companies, and professionals and to explore new professional opportunities.
Two round tables - Think Tables – guided the debate: Wellbeing, discussion on how to live in harmony with temporary challenges, and Sport & eGames, focusing on carrer opportunities in the growing eGames sectors and in more traditional sports.
More than 130 young people attended the event, along with over 40 professionals and experts: a generational exchange that highlighted the importance of dialogue as a tool for growth.
Young Campus was organized by Pleiadi International, Bartoletti Cicognani and Visualitica, with the support of Emilia Romagna Region, the Municipally of Cesena, and ART-ER. The initiative is part of Cesena 4 Talents projects, which aims to enhance opportunities for young people in the territory and foster connections between talents, businesses, and institutions.
